This is another old shot (2005) that I took with my Canon 10D. I thought it was pretty cool how the city was engulfed in fog. View the larger version on Flickr.

Again, given it has been miserable out, I figured it'd be fun to look back on some topless convertible fun. found this old Austin-Healeyin prime condition in Cookstreet village... for some reason, cars always come out looking awesome in HDR, especially classics. View the larger version on Flickr.

One of my first HDR shots that I took was this one, except the sky turned out to be super gray, and was a complete turn off. I was super happy with the rest of the photo, but not the sky. Today was rainy, so I ended up spending some time in Photoshop, I'm much happier with the sky now. View the larger version on Flickr. (Previous version with gray sky is here)

It's cold, raining and grey outside, which makes me think back to the fall colours. I took this one back in 2010 when I was getting into HDR photography. Now when I look at it, I think it's a little over done, but the photo still popped for me, so I decided to throw it up on the web. See the larger version on Flickr.

While at the park near my house, my daughter was playing on the equipment and her feet looked so cute up against one of the pillars, so I snapped it! View larger version on Flickr.

Today we had lunch at the Pier Bistro (building on the end of the pier). I totally recommend the Halibut and chips, it's their signature. Along the seawall, I took a look back and saw the Fish Market and the restaurant on the pier. Took a quick snap which I turned into HDR with a single RAW file. View larger version on Flickr.

Using the new Photosynth app from Microsoft, and my iPhone4 I captured a pretty sweet wide-angle photo of Willows Beach Park in Oak Bay, Victoria, BC. I did all of the post processing in Camera+. View full size on Flickr.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day here in Victoria, it got me thinking about going to Buchart Gardens again. I wanted to share this shot I took a few years ago now. View larger version in Flickr.

I just love the Japanese garden at Butchart Gardens, I’ve shown a few photos that I’ve taken there. Deep down at the bottom there are some great “zen” like areas. This island was so calming. View larger size version on Flickr.

A few years back, I visited Craig Darroch Castle in Victoria, BC, and the lightbulbs (which I found out they had to special order) always intrigued me. Going back through some old photos, I found this one just waiting to be published. View the larger size on Flickr.
